Thank you for choosing Enrique’s Exotics! We take great care in packaging and shipping our isopods, springtails, and other live invertebrates to ensure they arrive safely at your door. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Shipping Times

📦 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
📦 Shipping Days: We primarily ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent live shipments from being delayed over the weekend.
📦 Carrier & Methods: All live orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for fast and reliable delivery.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

✅ We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on all live shipments as long as the following conditions are met:

• Someone must be available to receive the package upon first delivery attempt.

• Extreme weather conditions (below 40°F or above 90°F) may void the guarantee unless a hold for pickup option is used.

• If any DOA (Dead on Arrival) issues occur, clear photos must be sent within 2 hours of delivery.

• LAG covers replacement or store credit, but does not cover shipping costs.
